This project comprises the whole metagenome sequencing (WMS) of the CB10 bacterial community with a hydrolytic activity in carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC), isolated from a bacterial degradation consortium of plant biomass (SCB). We also recover the metagenome-assembled genomes (MAGs) of 3 bacteria present in this community and explore their functional potential for the degradation of plant polysaccharides.
